How to make chocolate baklava

1kg.dough layers or crust for pie/Baklava
400 gr.cooking chocolate  if you have  you can put milk chocolate
300 gr.  nuts
200 gr.hazelnut
250gr.butter
1300gr. sugar
1000ml.water
2 vanilla
1/2 lemon juice /put in the syrup
Chocolate you can merge or melt  its better when you melt it on the oven , then add nuts and hazelnuts  and if your fill is a bit of stiff  fill  free to add a little milk.
Take 1 dough layers and you put very little with a spoon , cooking oil mixed with a bit mineral  water,  and place another  dough layers on top of it  and then you put the  filling,but the filling you  spread on,the beginning of the crust and than you roll it over and then  put it in the baking pan and  do this as long as you do not spend the crusts and the filling of course.
When you're done with the dough layers then melt margarine or butter  one of 250 gr.  on low heat and then pour the butter but before cut baklava on cubes and then pour the butter and then place it in the oven to bake for  35-45 min. on 180C  when you get gold  color then it is finished.
Before baklava is baked make syrup with  1300gr.  sugar  and 1000ml.water with 2 vanilla sugar and when its start boiling  leave it  for about 10min.on low temperature, then put it aside and add the syrup juice  .When you take baklava from the oven, immediately pour the  syrup  meaning  going  hot 2 hot.
And oula Chocolate Baklava is finished.
