cookies made from almonds and chocolate
what you need from ingredients: for around 50 pieces 2 egg whites 1 / 2 small spoon of lemon juice 150gr. powdered sugar 150gr, leaves made of almond 1 spoon sugar 75gr.white chocolate some cinnamon 100gr. cooking chocolate 2-3 spoon -small pieces of almond
preparation:
1.Make solid whisk with egg whites and lemon juice while slowly add powdered sugar.leaflet from almonds sprinkle them with sugar and fry them briefly in a Teflon without fat until they get golden brown color.
2.Heat the oven to 150 degrees, the white chocolate should be finely chopped and mix it with the leaves of almond and cinnamon.This mixture add to the white eggs and then with 2 teaspoons of the mixture take the cookies by round shape then ordain them on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper.Bake them in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
3.Cooking chocolate dissolve it in the steam.Then your cooled cookies halfway immerse them in chocolate and decorate the same side with pieces of almond and let them to dry well.Put the cookies in paper small baskets and there your small cookies are ready for you.
little advice
Pieces of almonds can be fry to maybe better so their flavor will come up with their expression.Instead almonds you can use hazelnuts maybe you like them better.Bon Appetite!
Irresistible combination of chocolate and oranges packed into small,sweet creamy balls
"Orange truffles"
ingredients
80 ml.sweet cream 200 g milk chocolate with chopped hazelnuts 100 g milk chocolate (or dark) peel an orange 3 tablespoons orange juice 1 tablespoon orange liqueur 25 gr. butter
frosting
150 gr. dark chocolate
4 tbsp oil and a little white chocolate
Preparation
1.Place the sweet cream in a bowl, add orange zest and heat on low temperature to boiling point. Then remove from heat, cover it and leave to stand 10-15 min so that the orange peel let its aroma.
2.After that return the sweet cream again to low heat and then add the crushed chocolate and butter and cook with constant stirring until the chocolate melts completely.
3.Remove the mixture from heat, add the liqueur and orange juice, stir well and place in the fridge for 2 hours. While the mixture is squeezed, using small spoons take from the mixture between your hands, form small balls. Place them in the freezer for about an hour to avoid melting while placing them in the glaze.
serving Pellets or little balls stored them in refrigerator in a sealed box. That way stored can stand about a week, although I doubt it will survive /from you/longer than two days.
