Sex with the Ex?

If you are trying to make peace with your ex, sex is a bad idea.

Sexual tension that is hormones create the illusion that there is a sense where they is not. It may be in that moment of physicalattractiveness has a sense of closeness with you, but that does not mean that there is emotional intimacy.

If you do not expect and do not want rebuild your relationship, sex with your ex may not be a bad idea, but if you have notcleared with this relationship and think you want to rebuild your sex relationship in this case will not help.

In addition it will give you false hope, and it can confuse and give you a sign that that is the only thing you still want out of that person or relationship.There are also bad side for having sex with the ex. Do not be fooled, however much you want to believe in that,  that sex is only sex and nothing else, the act of sex is a ticking time bomb of many emotions that are just waiting to explode.In any case, the best thing having sex with the ex is that you can learn agood lesson. Satisfying needs is not worth sacrificing your self, even when it comes to incredibly good sex.
