How to prepare Kombucha tea? In 1 liter of boiling water put 2 teaspoons of any herbal tea (the best results showed the use of green tea). Allow to stand for 15 minutes, then drain it. Immediately afterwards, add 4 tablespoons sugar and stir it. After that the leave it to cool to room temperature level. Prepare a clean glass container (not metal) and pour the cold tea. Kombucha should be with sweet taste, if it is too sour should be immediately thrown because its not good for human body. Kombucha tea should be drink three times a day by one small cup in the morning on an empty stomach, then after lunch, and evening just before bedtime.
