How to Make Cheese?

The easiest way to make cheese from sour milk.

Preparation:

Place the sweet milk to boil ( say 3 liters ) and when it boils to succeed in one liter of sour milk and slowly mix ( you can turn off the stove if electricity, if the gas is reduced ). Stir until milk starts to boil ( to separate the lumps " of cheese and whey ).

If you see that its not cooking than You can also add a tablespoon of vinegar ( wine vinegar not, because it will be reddish the cheese:)

When the lumps are nicely separated, and the rest of the milk becomes transparent greenish liquid, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.

Then you just strain it through a very dense strainer or cheesecloth, pressing with a plate and leave it for a day that the liquid completely will drain and at the end you have cheese, mild and pleasant taste. You can add salt for better taste.
