Strawberry Jam Recipe


-10kg strawberries
-10kg sugar
2 lemons
Put the well washed and drained strawberries in a big pot(you can make less if you want to,but remember on 1kg.strawberries goes 1 kg.sugar.)where you always make sweet(jam)You put one row strawberries in the pot,one row of sugar until you spend the strawberries.Leave them in the refrigerator all night and they will release juice,that's way you don't have to put water in the pot.Put the pot on fire to make the strawberries sweet .Slice 1 lemon into slices and let it cook together and the other one squeeze the juice from it and put it in the sweet that you should do 20min.before the sweet is done.In the beginning, with a little spoon gently stir the strawberries gently so they wont be fold.The Strawberries sweet should be cook on a gentle heat, max 1 hour . After about 40-60 minutes may take two to three tablespoons of sweet juice, pour into a plate chill outside to ensure that is cooked.A check is done so that the juice grasp a spoon, lift the spoon, and pour it back into the plate.if the juice from strawberries is thick the sweet is done.When is is cooked cover it with squashed by a damp cloth and leave it during the night.And oula you got Strawberries sweet -ya mi.Enjoy its very easy to make and very taste.
