How to make delicious Chocolate stollen





Its very easy,simple and fast to make this kind of stollen but its very taste

-5 eggs -always let the eggs about 10-15 to have room temperature.

-300 gr. sugar

-1 vanilla sugar

-100 gr. Nestle Nesquick

-1 tablespoon cocoa

-200 gr. ground walnuts

-2-3 drops of rum or almond extract

-150 gr. butter

-150 ml mineral water

-200 gr. flour

-1 baking powder

Preparation:

Whisk eggs and sugar, then add the remaining ingredients ( butter previously kept at room temp, and add it but  cut into pieces )

Mold for the  cake, first greased it with oil and sprinkle with flour, so the dough would not be  stick. )

Turn oven to 150 degrees, and bake for exactly 70 minutes.



Frosting:

100 g dark chocolate, 3-4 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon oil. After you make this then cool slightly and pour the cake with that glaze!
