How to Make Kombucha Fungus and What is It Good for

If for the time fungus falls to the bottom ,at the top it will be form a new, young, Kombucha fungus. Fungus can be used for the preparation of tea several times, actually as long as have light color. When begins to dim, it should be thrown away and proceed with new young fungus
Kombucha should be with sweet taste, if it is too sour should be immediately thrown because its not good for human body. Kombucha tea should be drink three times a day by one small cup in the morning on an empty stomach, then after lunch, and evening just before bedtime.
